The Branch Manager will oversee daily team operations, lead and develop a team of financial consultants, and ensure outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales and operational goals, maintaining regulatory compliance, strategizing growth initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture within the branch. The role allows for partial work-from-home flexibility while requiring on-site presence for team collaboration and branch management. The Branch Manager is also expected to hold a secondary duty to develop the organization in key strategic initiatives such as to develop the main channels of Impact Wealth Advisory.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and mentoring skillsProven expertise in financial advisory practices, including long-term financial planning and investment strategiesProficiency in regulatory compliance and operational management within the financial services industryExcellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skillsStrategic thinking and growth-oriented mindsetBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)Experience (at least 2 years) within the financial services industry; certifications such as CFP or similar are a strong advantageFamiliarity with hybrid work environments and the ability to manage teams remotely
