Join a top global customer solutions provider and interpret for clients across healthcare, government, and emergency sectors - connecting lives and cultures, one call at a time!Employment Type: Permanent100% Work from Home (Singapore-based)Work Schedule: 9-hour rotating shift pattern such as 9pm-6am, 10pm-7am, 11pm-8am, 7pm to 3am or similar hour (depending on roster) to support US market5 days/week, 2 rotational rest daysBase salary up to S$5,000 per month (excluding monthly incentive) over 12 months packageProfessional training will be providedKey Scope:Provide accurate real-time interpretation between English and another language (Mandarin or Cantonese) for individuals with language barriersHandle telephone and/ or video calls on-demand across a wide range of industries including healthcare, insurance, law enforcement, and emergency servicesDeliver professional, culturally sensitive, and objective interpretationApply appropriate industry terminology and procedures across diverse call types.The ideal candidate should be/have: Proficient in English, with bilingual skills in either Mandarin or Cantonese, enabling smooth communication with Chinese and Hong Kong external customers is requiredThose with prior call centre / translation experience would be highly consideredApplicant without direct experience but with strong linguistic proficiency in either English and Mandarin or English and Cantonese, are welcome to applyStrong listening, retention, and note-taking skills to ensure high accuracyAbility to remain neutral, professional, and objective at all timesCapable of quickly building personal credibility while following client instructions closelyAble to explain cultural nuances when necessary to avoid miscommunication
