ResponsibilitiesAbility to deliver professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing roleIdentify customers’ needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfactionTaking ownership of customers’ problems and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within the SLAs.Key member of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvement of processes to promote customer satisfactionMaintain close liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure seamless client experienceRequirementsPossess at least a Diploma in any fieldAble to work with 3 weekdays and 2 weekends schedule and shift hoursProficient in English and bilingual to communicate effectively with customersComputer literacy – familiar with CRM systemsCandidates who have worked in the hospitality and service industry are preferred Able to work in a fast-paced environmentPossess emotional maturity and passion for customer serviceEquipped with good mediation and persuasive skillsPositive, outgoing personality with a professional disposition
