In this key sales role, you will focus on identifying business opportunities, maintaining a strong customer network, and maximising revenue through a strategic approach.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Activity: Develop and implement a successful call plan to maximise territory revenue.Territory Management: Analyse territory potential, target new customers, and maintain regular contact with existing ones.Customer Relationships: Build and sustain relationships with key customers and influencers, ensuring ongoing business growth.Sales Pipeline: Manage and track opportunities using CRM to ensure seamless customer contact and sales follow-up.Product Knowledge: Become an expert in Hynds products, providing solutions and addressing customer queries effectively.Quality: Maintain high standards of work to ensure products meet customer requirements.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving systems and processes within the teaTraining: Engage in ongoing upskilling and assist with training new employees.Key AttributesProven sales success with a strong understanding of customer needs and market conditions.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence business relationships effectively.A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a focus on continuous improvement.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to speak the language of business and create long-term value.Full driver’s licence and F endorsement required.We’re looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and customer focused.
