You'll work closely with financial institutions, directors and investors, taking charge of engagements and investigations that genuinely make a difference. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work, exposure to high-profile cases, and a clear pathway for career progression.Key ResponsibilitiesManage formal insolvency appointments such as receiverships, liquidations, and voluntary administrations.Oversee asset recovery and realisation, including the operation and trading of distressed businesses.Conduct forensic investigations and contribute to legal proceedings where applicable.Lead end-to-end file management in compliance with New Zealand insolvency legislation.Analyse commercial viability of distressed entities and review creditor claims.Draft statutory reports and client-focused advisory documentation.So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?Tertiary qualification in accounting, law or property.CA, CPA, legal qualification or working towards one.5+ years’ experience managing insolvency or restructuring cases.Strong working knowledge of NZ insolvency legislation and practices.Confident leading teams and managing projects independently.Calm under pressure with a professional approach to challenging situations.Naturally inquisitive with sharp analytical thinking.Proficient in Excel and familiar with Xero or similar platforms.Make your next move count - join a high-performing team and help shape the future of businesses across Aotearoa.Keen to chat before applying?
