What You’ll Be DoingAs an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by:Building and managing relationships with existing clients on volume accounts - understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Working closely with our sourcing and delivery consultants to ensure we are identifying the best candidates for each position and offering a great candidate experienceManaging the full recruitment process - from job briefing to offer negotiation and aftercare.Delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is:Driven and ambitious - thrives in a fast-paced environment, predominantly freelance market with experience of external hiring and familiar with the Detachering model.A strong communicator - confident in engaging with clients and candidates and building lasting relationships.Organised and proactive - able to manage multiple accounts and recruitment processes effectively.A team player - works collaboratively to achieve the best results.Passionate about technology – with experience of IT recruitment.
