You’re adept at developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and are excited about the opportunity to work with tier one clients on their trade show program and high-end event activations.   If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a client-focused mindset, and want to be part of a team that punches above its weight creatively, Kubik Amsterdam is a place where your impact will be visible and valued. A typical day (although no day is typical!):Work daily with clients, managing and exceeding their expectations with high quality work that pushes their business forward.Anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project executionPartner with Project Management to align solutions with client goals and timelinesCollaborate with Business Development to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively identify and new business opportunities.Develop strategies that reflect client needs, objectives and goals.Maintain strong client relationships through consistent service and proactive engagement.Deliver great service to our clients. Who we are looking for:5+ years of client account management experience.Agency experience is a definite asset.Proven success managing clients in experiential marketing, branded environments or the event industry.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to communicate, oral and written, professionally and effectively.Polished presentation skills.Resourceful, positive and wants to have fun.Awareness of industry trends and client business driversAbility to travel is a must (including some weekends).Proficiency in English both spoken and written, is essential.
