Account Manager Logistics, Makassar

Requirement :Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any fieldAt least 2 years of working experience in the Express Courier, Logistics, Trucking, Export/Import industry is required for this position.Preferably as Sales Executive or equivalentHands-on sales activities, negotiation skills, and presentation skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Office.Knowledge of the express freight forwarding and distribution industry would be an advantage.Fast learner, well organized, creativeTarget-oriented and customer-satisfactionHave driving license is a must and have own vehicle is preferableKey Specific Responsibilities :Hunting new customers/clients.Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.Implement a sales plan and communicate with customers in the territory in order to achieve revenue targets.Provide report to record revenue and customer relationship progressObtain solutions for customer requirements or issues on service for future service enhancement in a timely manner and new product development in order to enhance service standards and maximize customer satisfaction.Keep abreast with industry development and update of sales systems and ensure all procedures and policies are updated.Identify new markets and business opportunities.Develop network and cooperation with internal and external parties.Review and analyze sales performance and achievement.
