The Account Management team, part of the Small & Medium Business Group, is dedicated to aiding the growth of small and medium-sized businesses by optimizing their advertising strategies across Meta's suite of apps and services. Account Managers play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting clients to achieve business outcomes on Meta through business consultation, relationship management, and product knowledge.Ideal candidates are expected to forge connections with clients and maintain effective internal relationships with cross-functional teams. They should be adept at driving marketing strategies and hands-on with executing tactics, aiming to boost revenue and foster customized learning and long-term partnerships.Success in this role hinges on consultative sales, data-driven and client servicing skills, coupled with a readiness to innovate. Candidates should excel in a team-oriented and fast paced environment, possess analytical skills, be proficient in navigating complex challenges and ambiguity to offer tailored solutions to clients.Account Manager, Mid-Market (Hong Kong & Taiwan) SMB Group Responsibilities:Provide dedicated account management to advertisersDemonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of advertiser goalsBoost revenue and increase product adoption through achieving client objectivesBecome proficient in Meta's solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes and swiftly adapt recommendations to meet board advertiser requirementsDevelop and execute strategic plans to drive transformational advertiser growth with operational rigourOversee account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolutionWork on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independentlyWork cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfactionLead external client education and consultations on existing best practices and future product solutions, in partnership with internal functional teamsBuild and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discoveryMinimum Qualifications:2+ years of experience in account management, digital/performance marketing, sales, or consultingEffective communications and presentation skillsExperience cultivating sales skills and client relationshipsExpertise in analyzing data from various sources, both quantitative and qualitative, and presenting it clearly and conciselySkill in developing actionable insights and storytelling through data visualization, with experience to deliver insights to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledgeExperience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing cross-functional teamsExperience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environmentBA/BS degree or Meta Social Media Marketing Professional CertificationFluency in English and Mandarin is essential for success in this role as they will manage clients whose usual business language is English and MandarinPreferred Qualifications:Experience across Meta’s full suite of advertising solutionsExperienced in Hong Kong and Taiwan MarketExperience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationshipsFluent in CantoneseAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
