The Account manager at the Museum of Illusions is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with franchisees ensuring their needs are met, and driving overall satisfaction and success of the franchise network. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration to support the museums in achieving their goals.If you join our Franchise support team you will be communicating with our franchise network about their sales & marketing efforts, monitoring and analyzing their business performance, and collaborating with them & our internal departments on achieving strategic business goals.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned franchisees, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests promptlyMonitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze the historical performance of Museum of Illusions (MOIs)Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with franchisees to discuss performance, provide updates, and gather feedbackProvide strategic advice and support to franchisees on how to leverage Museum of Illusions’ products, services, and marketing strategiesPrepare and present performance reports highlighting successes and areas for improvementUse data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the franchise networkCollaborate with internal departments to enhance individual museum performance, integrate new initiatives and technologiesProvide day-to-day support and oversee operations of museumsDrive increased sales and overall business results for museumsWork with internal departments to establish and implement standards and proceduresMonitor the museums’ compliance with MOI standards and proceduresContribute to the setup and onboarding of local staff for museum openings worldwideBuild and nurture relationships with franchisees and partnersNeeded Qualifications2-3 years of working experience in the same or similar job with the same or similar key responsibilitiesExcellent communication, analytical skills and problem-solving skillsExcellent command of MS OfficeHigh proficiency in EnglishAbility to travel to museum locationsExperience and/or knowlegde of (digital) marketing and sales is a plusWhat’s in it for you?Flexible working hoursFull-time salaried position with a bonus structureHealth insurance (additional and supplementary)Travel opportunityWorking in a young and energetic environmentIf you don’t think you meet all the criteria but are still interested in the job, please apply.
