Company: Arrow Reach DigitalPosition OverviewArrow Reach Digital is seeking a dedicated and professional Account Manager to lead the acquisition and management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, securing new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and target SME clients who can benefit from Arrow Reach Digital’s services.Conduct outreach efforts through email, phone, networking, and digital channels.Present service offerings and prepare customised proposals based on client needs.Negotiate and close deals in accordance with company standards and revenue goals.Oversee the onboarding process and act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and projects.Monitor client satisfaction, manage ongoing communication, and support long-term retention.Maintain accurate documentation, including client information, project status, and follow-up records.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.Provide insights and feedback to management regarding market behaviour, client needs, and industry trends.Qualifications and Skills1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (experience with SMEs or digital services is an advantage).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to present information clearly and confidently to potential clients.Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts.A background in digital marketing, web services, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a target-driven mindset.What We OfferCompetitive compensation structure with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to grow within a developing digital agency.A professional working environment with a supportive team culture.Training and development to enhance digital service and client management skills.Flexible working conditions.How to ApplyInterested candidates may submit their CV and a brief cover letter outlining relevant experience to:hr@arrowreachdigital.com.
