Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Al Manşūrah for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining long-term client partnerships, creating tailored solutions, coordinating between clients and internal teams, monitoring project progress, and addressing client concerns promptly. The role also involves maintaining a strong understanding of company offerings and industry trends to provide effective recommendations to clients. Qualifications Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client connectionsAccount Planning, Negotiation, and Sales skills to identify opportunities and drive business growthCommunication and Presentation skills to convey solutions and updates effectively to clients and internal stakeholdersProject Coordination and Organizational skills to oversee project timelines and deliverablesKnowledge of technology solutions, digital transformation, and system automation as an added advantageProactive problem-solving skills and ability to address client feedback efficientlyBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldFluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred
