The Area Manager will oversee operations, ensure effective logistics management, lead and manage a team, and maintain excellent service standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring logistics processes, coordinating resources, addressing operational challenges, managing employee performance, and analyzing KPIs to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.QualificationsExperience in logistics management and freight operations.Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.Proficiency in operational planning, time management, and problem-solving.Adaptability to on-site roles, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.Prior experience in supervising logistics operations or area management is an advantage.Familiarity with logistics software and proficiency in MS Office tools.Ability to work effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.If Interested Apply via Linkedin or: amr.sayed@speedaf.com
