The collection includes four and five-star hotels in Hurghada, Makadi Bay, Sharm el Sheikh and Sahl Hasheesh.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Manager (OTA Management) role based in Hurghada.Key ResponsibilitiesOTA ManagementDevelop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy across all hotel properties, focusing on direct booking platforms and OTA's.Manage and update property listings on major OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com).Optimize content, including descriptions, photos, and amenities, to ensure accurate representation and appeal.Monitor and adjust rate parity across all OTA platforms.Implement promotional campaigns and special offers to drive bookings.Regularly review OTA analytics to identify trends and opportunities.Analyze occupancy and revenue data to adjust pricing and availability on OTAs.Track OTA performance, such as conversion rates and booking patterns.CollaborationWork closely with hotel management teams to ensure alignment on inventory, promotions, and guest policies.Maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers to leverage insights and opportunities.Qualifications2+ years of experience managing OTA's for hotels, preferably in the Egyptian market.Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and channel management tools (Rate Gain).Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel or equivalent.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Fluent in English.
