We work and supply major famous global customers, like CEWE, Vista-print, Fuij and have a very large group of smaller independent customers across Europe and in the US.Role OverviewThe Regional Sales & Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Technotape’s market presence within the assigned region. This role combines strategic account management with active business development. The manager will build long-term relationships with distributors, resellers, and key accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service, product knowledge, and commercial support.You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, promote Technotape’s full product portfolio, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Commercial Responsibilities• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions (on-site or remote).• Prepare quotes, proposals, and contract negotiations in collaboration with management.• Maintain accurate CRM-data, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts.• Has a strong technical mindset and understanding of printing techniquesBusiness Development•Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in both established and emerging markets.• Expand the distribution network and implement regional growth strategies.• Actively embrace new technologies besides sublimation, like UV printing and lase engraving. Seek for opportunities in the market• Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.Account Management• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts within the region. The focus regions will be Benelux, DACH, France, UK and Scandinavia (exact customers and focus to be defined)• Develop tailored account strategies to increase revenue, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.• Provide product recommendations, technical guidance, and sales support to distributors and key customers.• Conduct regular business reviews and forecast account performance.Market & Product Insight• Monitor regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor products.• Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to improve offerings and develop customer specific products• Contribute to regional marketing activities, promotions, and product launches.Internal Collaboration• Work closely with logistics, customer service, product development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.• Support internal planning by reporting regional demand and sales forecasts.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or distribution-focused sales (international experience is a plus).• Experience in sublimation, printing technology, promotional products, or related industries is highly beneficial.• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced, international environment.• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, AFAS• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.What Technotape Offers• Salary indication: up to € 4.800,- excluding holiday allowance and bonus• International, innovative, and growing company environment.• Opportunities for professional development and career growth.• Supportive team culture with autonomy and responsibility
