With quiet workspaces, soundproof booths, and a stunning office, this is truly an innovative hub.Role DescriptionAs Sales Development Manager, there is no ready-made team or plan waiting for you—you will need to build this from scratch based on your experience. You will be developing strategic plans while also being hands-on, actively approaching customers yourself. It’s a fairly transactional market where cold calling is regularly required. No one knows exactly what the future holds, and neither do you. That’s why we expect a flexible attitude, as the strategy and focus of your role may change regularly based on what’s needed.Initially, you will lead a sales team of about 3–4 people. By the end of 2026, the full sales team should grow to 20, with you directly managing 8 colleagues. Not from an ivory tower, but with your feet on the ground—doing both sales and leadership.
