You will be the engine that keeps our client projects moving, supporting everything from hands-on Shopify management to preparing data for our CRO programs. You are a team player, eager to learn, and excited to make an impact on world-class lifestyle brands.At GoodKarma we approach growth holistically. This means you will work closely not just with the ecommerce team of strategists, developers and designers, but also with the broader team of performance and email marketers.Key Responsibilities:1. Analytics & CRO Support:Dive into Data: With guidance from the senior team, you will analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) to identify trends and opportunities.Support Experimentation: Assist in creating detailed briefs for A/B tests and contribute to the analysis of test results to help us learn and iterate.Generate Reports: Compile and prepare clear, concise monthly performance reports that track key metrics and project progress for our clients.2. Shopify & Content Coordination:Platform Management: Handle daily Shopify tasks, including uploading products, images, and videos, updating collections, and setting up campaign content.Quality Assurance: Perform regular site walk-throughs to identify bugs, check for inconsistencies, and ensure a flawless user experience.Innovation: Stay curious about the Shopify ecosystem, tracking new apps and features that could benefit our clients.3. Team Collaboration & Project Coordination:Drive Projects Forward: Proactively manage and drive projects forward, ensuring tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are met.Work with Design & Development: Act as a key link between strategy and execution, collaborating closely with designers and developers to implement tests and website updates.Support Marketing Campaigns: Work cross-functionally with our Performance Marketing and Email teams to coordinate the onsite execution of commercial campaigns, from product launches to seasonal sales.Qualifications and Experience:Experience: 2-3+ years in a relevant role such as ecommerce coordination or management, brand- or agency-side.Shopify Knowledge: Hands-on experience with the Shopify platform is essential. Experience with the rest of the D2C ecosystem such as Klaviyo, Gorgias, Yotpo etc, is a plus.Analytical Skills: You have a good understanding of web analytics and are comfortable navigating tools like Shopify and GA4 to find insights.Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment and are eager to learn from specialists across different departments.Exceptional Organisation: You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy switching between multiple clients and projects.Mindset: You have a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
