The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing solutions tailored to their trading needs. Daily tasks include client acquisition, offering expert guidance on trading products, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, along with maintaining consistent communication to resolve client inquiries effectively.QualificationsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsMandarin speakers priority Client relationship management and problem-solving capabilitiesUnderstanding of financial markets and products such as Forex and CFDsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is preferredFluency in multiple languages is an advantageExperience in the financial services or trading industry is highly regarded
