As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the school's strategic goals and ensuring its continued success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership across financial, operational, and administrative functions to optimise resource management.Support the Principal with budget preparation, financial reporting, and compliance with legislation and policies.Supervise and manage school support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.Oversee facilities and grounds maintenance, ensuring sustainable use of resources and effective contractor management.Build strong networks with staff, other Business Managers, and community representatives to foster best practices and a supportive school environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the success of a thriving school community.Interested?
