Qualities needed for success in this role:Proven success in managing strategic accounts and driving growth across their remitAbility to develop and execute strategy for achieving annual sales goals as well as aligning with Quectel plansAble to identify key decision makers within customer executive team, engineering, supply management and establish strong relationships across all levels including the C-suiteCapable of driving new business demand creation and conducting face to face customer management meetings as necessarySkilled at creating and aligning monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, delivering revenue goals and ensuring on-time supply Requirements:5+ years of experience in cellular / wireless communication or relevant products (preferably on cellular technology, wireless modules)Strong interest in IoT applicationsExcellent presentation and negotiation skills and good written and verbal communicationFluent communicator strong in English (written and oral)Prepared to travel to customer premisesDriving license and car Strong customer relationship skillsStrong sales skills, understand sales methodology and strategies for complex salesQuick learner and a winning attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesAbility to travel on short notice Preferred, Embedded HW/SW development experience and understandingStrong carrier relationships in ANZExperience with working with large enterprise customers all the way to start-ups, especially in IoT solutionsCellular, RF & GNSS module experience is preferred Understanding about the evolving wirelesstechnologies and new categories of LTE / 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, Satellite and LPWAN technologies Experience managing the sales activities within Australia and New Zealand, including outbound businessProfessional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with different levels of the customers' organization
