Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to strengthen our commercial team and develop strong relationships with key clients.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Account ManagementIdentify and acquire new business partners in telecom, retail, and financial sectors.Develop and execute partnership strategies to promote smartphone financing programs.Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Conduct business reviews, performance tracking, and contract renewals.2. Sales Execution & GrowthAchieve sales targets through B2B channels, partner activations, and financing product rollout.Work with marketing and operations teams to implement promotional campaigns.Support training and onboarding for partners’ sales teams.3. Market Insights & StrategyMonitor competitive landscape and market trends in smartphone financing and telecom sectors.Provide insights to management on product performance, pricing, and local market dynamics.Identify opportunities for new product development or process improvement.4. Operations & ComplianceCoordinate with internal teams (finance, risk, operations) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and transaction flows.Ensure all partner operations comply with local laws and company policies.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or key account management experience, preferably in:Telecom / Smartphone industryFintech / Consumer financingDistribution or channel managementProven track record in achieving sales targets and managing business partnerships.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and commercial mindset.Fluency in English; local language proficiency (French) is an advantage depending on the country.Applicants are requested to submit their CV in English.
