The Account Manager will ensure an exceptional customer experience, proactively manage client accounts, and identify opportunities to expand our partnerships. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their shipping needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining consistent communication to nurture long-term loyalty.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing outstanding support and guidance.Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Understand client shipping needs and recommend effective service solutions.Manage day-to-day account activities, including issue resolution, service updates, and performance monitoring.Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support upselling or cross-selling efforts.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve concerns promptly.Track, analyze, and report on account performance and client feedback.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive developments.QualificationsStrong communication and customer service skills.Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain client relationships effectively.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation abilities.Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while also working independently.Knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry is a plus, but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.Character TraitsHighly motivated and proactive in supporting client needs.Relationship-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Reliable, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.Committed to helping clients succeed and to growing with the company.Please apply under "Account Manager" and make sure to select the Philippines as your country in the application form.Note: All candidates must be available to work in Eastern Time (ET).
