Job Description

The Ecommerce Store Management Specialist will lead the Store and Seller Center maintenance, including product and promotions set-up, store health monitoring, and support for all marketing and commercial activities implemented in the seller centers. ​ ​The Store Associate will also implement online merchandising and product page optimization for all stores managed by XPI. The role will also oversee the enrollment and maintenance of all Shopify products and promotions in the webstore, similar to her function in the Seller Centers. The Store Associate is also expected to be the Anchanto OMS navigation and functionality expert.​ ​The Store Associate will also coordinate and align regularly with the Commercial and Finance Teams to maintain all Netsuite and Seller Center pricing and promotions. She will also monitor and oversee all Customer Service activities of Acquire and will act as PIC between Operations and CustomerService.​​Store Lead​Product creation and maintenance in Anchanto OMS, Seller Centers, and Shopify. ​Monitor the overall Store Health of all marketplaces and align with respective teams daily/weekly on improvement and action item requirements. ​Online visual merchandiser in charge of store display and banner maintenance in all stores, including the webstore. This is in alignment withEcommerce Marketing and XPI Graphic Artist.​Product description page maintenance, uploads, and optimization of product pages, together with the ULSSI Project Hire.​Subject matter expert in navigation and controls within the Seller Center, especially on promotions, pricing, and orders (e.g. how to enroll vouchers,SLAs, etc.)​Orders, Pricing, and Promotions​Enrollment of all sales discounts, bundles, GWPs, and other store promotions in the Seller Center of Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.​Activation of all sales discounts, bundles, GWPs, and other promotions in the Webstore through Shopify or Anchanto OMS.​Maintenance of all price lists and master files for all products and bundles in Netsuite, Anchanto, and Seller Centers in alignment with XPIAccountant. ​Regularly monitor webstore orders in coordination with operations and finance. This includes promo reconciliation.​Regularly aligns and conducts weekly cadences with XPI Finance on price maintenance and setup.​Check and align discounts and other charges between ULSSI and XPI.​
