We are hiring an Account Manager, based in Abu Dhabi, for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects from bid to completion. This role is well-suited for a commercially minded professional with strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.Role Summary: The role involves managing a portfolio of key clients and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle from bid preparation to project completion and client feedback. The position is responsible for developing competitive commercial proposals for large and complex projects, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely bid submissions in line with company policies and client requirements.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of key clients and act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Manage the preparation of quotations for large, complex, or high-value projects.Prepare competitive pricing using internal cost norms.Negotiate pricing terms and conditions.Submit bids on time and follow up with clients.Coordinate with the Projects and HR teams during bidding and execution phases.Review project scopes, understand client requirements, and ensure quotations align with the company’s delivery capabilities.Maintain updated KYC documentation and ensure commercial records are current.Monitor client satisfaction and initiate feedback surveys post-project.Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities through referrals, cold outreach, events, and industry platforms.Proactively develop and build relationships with clients to increase repeat business, identify additional business opportunities with the client, gain referrals, and sustain long-term partnerships.Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing and commercial strategies.Liaise closely with internal sections (Projects, HR, Accounts, Marketing) to ensure alignment of offers with execution capabilities.Contribute to pricing model development based on evolving client expectations, cost drivers, and market positioning.Ensure full compliance with internal pricing approval levels and client-specific contract terms.Participate in post-project reviews, gather feedback, and support service enhancements.Maintain strong knowledge of client business models and event cycles to proactively anticipate future opportunities.Candidate Profile:Graduate in Business Management or Sales & MarketingA minimum of 4 years relevant experience in UAEExperience in event management agencies, production houses, or staffing companies catering to events.Worked in client-facing roles, responsible for end-to-end project coordination from proposal to post-event feedback.Previous involvement in pricing strategy development and alignment with execution teams (HR, Projects, Marketing).Strong understanding of event industry operations and cyclesExpertise in quotations, pricing models, and bid managementSkilled in client negotiations, proposal writing, and closing dealsHands-on experience with staffing requirements and coordinationCapable of managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with KYC documentation, client onboarding, and contract termsStrong business acumen with ability to identify and convert new opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (Arabic is a plus)Candidates need to currently be based in Abu Dhabi
