Account Receivable Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Title: Account Receivable Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Tirana, Albania Department: Administration, Finance & Control (AFC)  Your Challenge:We are looking for a motivated intern to join our AFC team at our Tirana office. The selected candidate will support the team lead in managing customer accounting across four business areas and centers of excellence.Key Responsibilities: Generate and deliver reports to various departments as needed (e.g., revenue, collections). Manage credit recovery processes (orders/invoices to be issued) and follow-ups with internal managers. Contact clients when necessary to ensure payment of outstanding invoices. Prepare and send invoices to clients. Resolve any billing discrepancies. Investigate and resolve irregularities in incoming payments. Generate internal reports and statements for internal use. Are You the Right Fit? Diploma in Accounting or related fields; Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related disciplines is a plus; Good proficiency in Excel and excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite; Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Reliability, flexibility, punctuality, and attention to detail; Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
