Salesforce Developer

At RCN Capital, we’re always looking to strengthen our business by adding the best available people to our team. We’re currently seeking a Salesforce developer to work closely with our Salesforce architect in driving the adoption, optimization, and iteration of the Salesforce platform, leveraging multiple integrations and technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects. Using their expertise, problem-solving ability, and creative flair, the developer will design, build, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem. Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform as directed by Salesforce Architect.Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.Creating timelines and development goals.Testing the stability and functionality of the application.Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce team.Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.Salesforce Developer Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 5+ years of development experience in SalesforcePrevious work experience with application and software development.Extensive hands-on experience with the underlying Salesforce technologies including APEX, Lightning Web Components, MYSQL, Aura, and Visualforce pages.Experience in working with Apex Scheduling, Batch processes, Triggers with Governor LimitsExperience in UI/UX development, backend integration, system integration using REST/SOAP APIs, WebservicesProficient in debugging and recommending/implementing solutionsExperience using versioning control / continuous integrations tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, GIT, JenkinsPD1 certifiedPreferred PD2 certificationExperience developing customer-facing interfaces.Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.Working knowledge of mavensMate or eclipse.Good communication skills.Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.Ability to project manage.Working schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST
