The Rotterdam site focuses on domestic and export order fulfillment, customer management, and continuous process improvement within a structured supply chain environment.Role Description As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service and managing your customer portfolio. You will act as the central link between Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate deliveries, and invoicing. This role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and the ability to support multiple business units.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality service to customers, handling requests professionally and timely.Serve as the primary interface with Planning, Sales, Business, and Supply Chain to optimize order-to-cash processes.Maintain and verify Customer Master Data in SAP in collaboration with the Master Data team.Identify gaps in processes and knowledge and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.Support all business units when required and act as a go-to person for operational issues.RequirementsCollege degree preferred, or equivalent experience.1+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain.Full professional proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).Strong IT skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office.Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
