I. Job Description1. Project Management (40%)Develop Digital Marketing strategies and project budgets, and deliver persuasive presentations to clients.Collaborate closely with the Planning team & Creative team to prepare for client briefs, brainstorming sessions, proposal writing, and idea presentations.Supervise and coordinate closely with other departments to ensure projects progress on schedule, meet quality standards, and achieve optimal results.Work with the Line Manager to handle project-related requests and address any arising issues.2. Client Management (30%)Work with the team leader to plan and execute strategies for acquiring new clients.Develop and implement specific strategies to retain existing clients and maintain strong relationships.3. Team Management (20%)Supervise and guide Account Executives in the project implementation process.Develop training and development plans for each team member under your supervision.4. Other Responsibilities (10%)Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the department head or company.II. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.Experience working in Digital Marketing or Advertising is preferred.Good knowledge of Branding, Marketing, and Digital Marketing.Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.Capable of multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously.III.
