المسمى الوظيفي: محاسب [تجارة إلكترونية]الموقع: المدينة المنورة – المملكة العربية السعوديةنوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل (في مقر الشركة)نظام العمل: Odoo ERP⸻عن الشركةشركة أرجوان (Urjwan) شركة سعودية رائدة في التجارة الإلكترونية، تعتمد أنظمة عمل حديثة ومعايير محاسبية صارمة لضمان الدقة والشفافية. تعمل الشركة عبر منظومة رقمية متكاملة لإدارة المبيعات والمخزون والحملات التسويقية والتحليل المالي باستخدام Odoo ERP، وتسعى لضم كفاءات مالية قادرة على تحويل البيانات إلى تقارير وتحليلات تدعم القرار.⸻المهام والمسؤوليات • إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية وإدخال القيود والفواتير والمصروفات. • إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية (قائمة الدخل، الميزانية العمومية، التدفقات النقدية). • إدارة حسابات المخزون: تثبيت القيود المرتبطة بالمخزون، التقييم الدروي/المستمر، احتساب تكلفة البضاعة المباعة (COGS)، ومعالجة الفروقات والجرد. • تحليل المبيعات والإيرادات من المنصات الإلكترونية وإعداد المطابقات ذات الصلة. • إدارة الحسابات البنكية والتسويات الدورية ومطابقة بوابات المدفوعات الإلكترونية. • رفع الإقرارات الضريبية (ضريبة القيمة المضافة) والزكاة وفق أنظمة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك. • إعداد ميزان المراجعة والتقارير الشهرية بدقة عالية. • استخدام نظام Odoo في تسجيل العمليات وربط الفواتير بالمستودعات وإصدار التقارير. • إعداد لوحات تحليل مالية باستخدام Google Sheets / Excel تشمل مؤشرات الأداء المالي (KPIs). • التعاون مع المبيعات والتسويق لتقييم أثر الحملات على الإيرادات والربحية. • المساهمة في تحسين السياسات والإجراءات المالية ورفع كفاءة دورة المستندات.⸻المتطلبات والمؤهلات • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة. • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المجال المحاسبي (ويُفضّل خبرة في بيئة التجارة الإلكترونية). • إتقان استخدام Odoo ERP (الفواتير، المشتريات، المصروفات، المخزون، التقارير). • معرفة قوية بأنظمة الزكاة وضريبة القيمة المضافة ومحاسبة الرواتب في المملكة. • مهارة متقدمة في Excel / Google Sheets (المعادلات المتقدمة، Pivot Tables، التقارير التحليلية). • دقة عالية في إعداد التقارير واكتشاف ومعالجة الأخطاء المحاسبية. • إلمام بالمعايير المحاسبية السعودية والدولية (SOCPA/IFRS). • مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية ممتازة والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط. • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة.⸻المزايا • راتب تنافسي يحدد حسب المؤهلات والخبرة. • بيئة عمل احترافية في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية. • فرص للتطور المهني والمشاركة في مشاريع تقنية حديثة. • فريق مالي منظّم يعتمد على البيانات والتحليلات.⸻Job Title: Accountant [E-Commerce]Location: Al Madinah Al Munawwarah – Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-time (On-site)System: Odoo ERP⸻About the CompanyUrjwan is a Saudi e-commerce company that operates with modern systems and rigorous accounting standards to ensure accuracy and transparency. The company runs an integrated digital operation to manage sales, inventory, marketing campaigns, and financial analytics using Odoo ERP, and seeks finance professionals capable of turning data into decision-supporting reports and insights.⸻Responsibilities • Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, invoicing, and expenses. • Prepare periodic financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). • Inventory accounting management: post inventory-related entries, periodic/perpetual valuation, calculate COGS, and handle discrepancies and stocktakes. • Analyze sales and revenue from online channels and perform related reconciliations. • Manage bank accounts, perform regular reconciliations, and reconcile payment gateways. • File VAT returns and Zakat in accordance with ZATCA regulations. • Prepare the trial balance and accurate monthly closing reports. • Use Odoo to record transactions, link invoices with warehouses, and generate reports. • Build financial dashboards using Google Sheets / Excel, including financial KPIs. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to assess campaign impact on revenue and profitability. • Contribute to improving financial policies, procedures, and document workflows.⸻Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience (e-commerce experience preferred). • Proficiency with Odoo ERP (invoicing, purchasing, expenses, inventory, reporting). • Strong knowledge of Saudi Zakat, VAT, and payroll accounting. • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, analytical reporting). • High accuracy in reporting with the ability to detect and resolve accounting errors. • Familiarity with SOCPA/IFRS standards. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure. • Proficiency in English reading and writing.⸻Benefits • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. • Professional work environment in the e-commerce sector. • Opportunities for career development and participation in modern tech projects. • A structured finance team that relies on data and analytics.⸻
