Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures in line with the company’s financial objectives. • Monitor project and production costs, compare them with approved budgets, analyze variances, and take appropriate corrective actions. • Prepare periodic analytical reports on cost performance, including actual costs, variances, and financial performance indicators. • Follow up on the use of raw materials and inventory, monitoring consumption and waste rates. • Collaborate with the Procurement, Production, and Finance departments to coordinate monitoring processes and achieve cost efficiency. • Review pricing structures, contracts, and suppliers to ensure compliance with cost and quality policies. • Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and short- and long-term financial forecasts. • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and reduce costs without affecting product or service quality. • Ensure that relevant departments comply with accounting policies and approved financial reporting standards. • Contribute to the development of the costing system within the accounting software (such as Odoo or SAP) and continuously update cost centers.
