Job Description

We are seeking an AP Analyst to join our growing team in Gdańsk, Poland.This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.Position ResponsibilitiesEnsure proper coding, approval, and documentation of invoices in accordance with company policy.Review & approve payments in line with vendor terms and internal timelines.Maintain and reconcile the AP aging report and monitor outstanding payablesAssist in fulfilling audit requests and compiling internal control documentation.Support month-end close activities by reconciling Accounts Payable subledgersAct as a primary point of contact for accounts payable inquiries from employees, contractors, and vendors.Collaborate with auditors and external partners when required.Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding invoices or creditsFoster and maintain positive relationships with vendors through timely and professional communicationRecommend improvements to AP processes and assist with documentation and implementationBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting/finance roleBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExperience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, pivot tables, v-lookup)Basic understanding of accounting principles and AP workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)Experience in a technology, aviation, or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with automated invoice processing and expense reporting systemsExposure to multi-entity or international AP processesFamiliar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or other internal control conceptsWork AuthorizationThis requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland.
