Your Tasks Business Partnering Finance Business Partner for the Beiersdorf Shared Service Poland teams Provide meaningful analysis and transparency on financial KPIs, as well as proactive recommendations to steer the business towards target achievement Ensure fact-based decision making Prepare and optimize management reporting for decision-making and control of business processes Planning and Forecasting Responsibility for the planning and forecasting process Ensure TM1 input Continuously optimize planning processes in coordination with Beiersdorf Shared Service Hamburg finance team and local business function Closing and Invoicing Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and complete closing and invoicing Work with business functions to ensure proper product calculation and SLA setup Internal Audit and Compliance Management Implement RCM, especially P2P, together with other business departments Update and monitor the local authorization catalogue Contact person and coordinator for internal audit as well as for all internal audit issues (audit planning, document preparation and follow-up) Support the Finance Manager in monitoring and ensuring compliance requirements as well as local control of compliance management measures General Expense Management and Cash Flow Management Budget management and control of general expenses Plan and monitor cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. Prepare cash flow reports and identification of variances, including TIP reporting Work closely with the global treasury team Monitor and optimize cash management according to company guidelines Your Profile Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification 3-5 years of professional experience as a controller and in project controlling Experience with ERP systems Expert knowledge of MS Excel, good knowledge of other MS Office applications Very good knowledge of English Independent and structured way of working, motivation and flexibility Analytical understanding and high affinity for numbers Process thinking and quick comprehension of complex relationships Initiative, assertiveness, and self-confidence Team and communication skills At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
