If so, submit your application today!What We Can Offer YouYou will be a part of a finance team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our locations across whole world. You will be taking a key role in the daily AP operations for one of the global entities, stabilizing and ensuring the smooth running of AP processes to provide the best in class service to our US businesses.Your main tasksBeing one of the key players in establishing the new SSC in WarsawParticipation in establishing centralized process in SSC in PTP areaTaking part in transitions of PTP processes from global entitiesStabilizing the migrated processEnsuring the smooth running of the PTP function including Internal Controls preparationResponsibility for effective delivery of payables activities such as invoice posting, invoice processing, payments including contact with VendorsBalance sheet reconciliation - analysis and review of the balance sheet itemsVerifying the correctness and completeness of data, reports and statements along with the analysis of deviationsPreparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management teamMaintenance and enhancement of SAP structure, in line with the business needsIdentifying and implementing process improvementsPreparing reports and analysisAssuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelinesRequirementsmin. 2 years in similar position as P2P, PTP, AP Accountant in SSC/BPO environmenthands on experience in driving continuous improvement and relevant accounting qualificationsKnowledge of SAP is a mustKnowledge of Coupa software will be an assetGood knowledge of MS OfficeVery good command of spoken and written EnglishFlexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and changeExcellent communication skills and self-motivationBe a strong team playerWe offer youHusqvarna Group offers a global dynamic workplace with a lot of potential for a person who is willing to take on responsibility.
