You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and compliance of our group’s financial statements, overseeing month-end close processes, and supporting audits under IFRS. This position requires a deep understanding of both traditional financial reporting principles and the evolving accounting landscape for digital assets and crypto-related activities.What You’ll DoFinancial Reporting and month-end close in accordance with IFRS and local GAAPs.Maintain the general ledger, ensure reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including bank, intercompany and crypto wallet reconciliations.Maintain and improve internal controls for transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy.Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Support management reporting and board level financial presentations.Support finance transformation initiatives and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.Take ownership of assigned reporting areas and provide guidance to junior accounts where needed.What You’ll Bring5+ years of professional accounting experience, including complex financial instruments or derivatives.Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, particularly IFRS 13 and IAS 21.Experience with monthly/annual closings, statutory financial statements, and audit preparation.Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally Oracle NetSuite) and Excel.Exceptional accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail.Professional fluency in English and Mandarin.Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a recognized accounting qualification (CPA / CA / ACCA).Nice to HaveExperience in crypto industry or familiar with blockchain transactions and wallet.Big 4 audit background or direct regulatory engagement experience.Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border finance operations.Location requirementAbu DhabiWhy Join UsAt Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment.Our benefits include:Study Growth Fund: We support your professional development and continuous learning.Internal Events: Participate in regular team-building activities, workshops, and events designed to promote collaboration and innovation.Global Collaboration: Be part of a diverse, international team, working alongside colleagues from around the world.Career Advancement: Access opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding global company.Internal Mobility: Grow with us- Your long-term development is important to us.
