We make it personal and help them bring their ambitions to life. Due to continuous growth, we seek a full-time accountant with multiple years’ experience working in accounting. Ideally you would have been in an accounting or finance role, ideally with at least a year’s experience working in Australian accounting firm.In your role as Accountant your responsibilities will include overseeing client accounts, providing strategic financial advice, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and fostering strong client relationships. Ideally you will have the ability to identify & develop new business.Your opportunity…·      Complete tax, accounting & compliance work such as tax returns for individuals, trusts, companies, estates under supervision of a Senior Client Manager. ·      Attend Client meetings with Managers to develop relationships, observing interactions & assisting in the provision strategic accounting & business advice to clients, striving to help them achieve their ambitions.·      Ensure compliance with accounting standards & regulations.·      Maintain a continuous improvement mindset & make recommendations for improvements in efficiency & effectiveness of existing business processes & procedures.·      Assist Managers in implementing clients with business planning & growth strategies.·      Proactively self-monitor & manage individual capacity and workflow efficiency.·      Meet individual KPIs, ensure your team hits theirs and contribute to meeting organisation KPIs. What you'll bring…·      Genuine accounting experience in a professional firm ideally with experience managing clients or managing employees·      Proficiency in Xero XPM and familiarity with other software tools used in Accounting Firms such as Ignition, Virtual Cabinet, ATOMate, Active Workpapers, MYOB, Now Infinity,·      Exceptional analytical & communication skills.·      Excellent organisational & time management abilities.·      Ability to work independently and the potential to lead a team in the future·      Accuracy & attention to detail.·      A proactive approach to problem-solving & client service.·      Curious by nature, you’ll have the desire to invest in your clients & truly make it personal.·      A full bachelor’s degree in accounting or a finance-related disciple, together with a CA or CPA qualification (or being close to completing) ·      Candidates must reside in Australia.  Make it personal.
