📍 Osborne Park, WA | 🕒 Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 📅 PermanentWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our growing team at our new head office in Osborne Park. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage financial records with accuracy and integrity. If you’re looking for a dynamic workplace where your expertise can make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit and loss and cashflow statementsMaintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accurate coding, balance sheet reconciliationsPosting of monthly general journalsFormulation of budgets / forecasts on a quarterly basis and variance analysisMonthly maintenance of the fixed asset registerPrepare and submit statutory returns including BAS, Payroll, and FBT returnsPreparation of the annual financial statements, including supporting work papersLiaising with external accountants and JV partnerRevenue invoicing and AR collectionBank statement / cashbook reconciliation and postings Ensure compliance with company policiesKey RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Accounting roleWorking towards CPA/CA qualifications or in progressAttention to detail, with a desire to probe further into dataStrong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex financial language to non-financial stakeholder Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectivelyCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsWhy Join UsMonday–Friday role based in our brand new Osborne Park head office (8am - 4pm)Supportive, team-oriented workplace.Industry stability with diverse projectsCareer ProgressionAbout UsREGROUP has served Australia’s North-West for over 15 years, evolving into a full-service mining and civil equipment provider with a focus on Resource, Rehaul, and Renew.
