Learn more at www.turing.comJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. This role will support both US GAAP and Local GAAP reporting requirements and will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate month-end close processes, including the preparation and posting of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with US GAAP and Local GAAP.Support the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Reconcile Balance sheet and P&L accounts on a regular basis and investigate discrepancies.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and supporting schedules.Maintain proper documentation for all journal entries and account reconciliations.Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary support and documentation.Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and regulations under both US GAAP and Local GAAP.Support cross-functional teams and management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.Requirements:Degree in Accountancy with CA / CPA qualification and 2+ years of working experience in accounting and book close process.Solid knowledge of US GAAP and Local GAAP (e.g., IFRS, statutory requirements).Experience with ERP system- NetSuite is preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Values:We are client first: We put our clients at the center of everything we do, because their success is the ultimate measure of our value.We work at Start-Up Speed: We move fast, stay agile and favor action because momentum is the foundation of perfectionWe are Al forward: We help our clients build the future of Al and implement it in our own roles and workflow to amplify productivity.Advantages of joining Turing:Amazing work culture (Super collaborative & supportive work environment; 5 days a week)Awesome colleagues (Surround yourself with top talent from Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. as well as people with deep startup experience)Competitive compensationFlexible working hours
