From sophisticated animatronics to imaginative prosthetic makeups, we deliver the unimaginable.Job Title: Accounting & Payroll AdministratorLocation: San Fernando, CA Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting & Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for processing weekly payroll, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, ADP TotalSource, and Microsoft Office, along with a strong understanding of general accounting principles and payroll best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll AdministrationProcess weekly payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP TotalSourceMaintain employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsAddress payroll inquiries and resolve discrepanciesAccounting & ReconciliationsPrepare and complete monthly bank reconciliationsPerform credit card reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepanciesEnter and code Accounts Payable invoices into Sage IntacctAssist with vendor setup, including preparation and issuance of 1099 formsGeneral Accounting SupportMaintain accurate and organized financial documentationAssist with month-end close activities as neededSupport auditors or external partners by providing requested documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reportingQualifications2–4+ years of accounting and payroll experience (or similar combination of experience and education)Proficiency with Sage Intacct and ADP TotalSource strongly preferredAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong attention to detail, organization, and confidentialityAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred AttributesUnderstanding of GAAP and basic accounting workflowsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionSalary Range: $65,000 – $75,000/year (depending on experience)Full time, in office position. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
