QualificationsCompleted bachelor’s degree in accounting.Possessing Brevet A/B certification will have added value.Demonstrates an understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities.Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.General CharacteristicsDemonstrates understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).Analyses information and solves problems.Stays up to date with Indonesian government regulations and tax requirements.Acquires a firm understanding of the RoviSys organizational structure and history.Develops accounting techniques and will apply these techniques and accounting knowledge in accordance with RoviSys Administrative Procedures and Standards.Technical ResponsibilitiesPerforms Indonesian tax reporting (VAT/PPN, Withholding Tax PPh 21, 23, 4(2), and Corporate Income Tax.Provides financial and clerical services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate accounts receivables and payables for RoviSys Indonesia. Preparation of financial statements in accordance with PSAK and in Indonesian Rupiah.Support statutory component audits as required by Indonesian regulations, and RoviSys Asia group audit as required by parent company.Reviews employee expenses in accounting system to ensure correctness in cost allocation within accounting cut-off period.Maintain financial records locally, ensuring compliance with Indonesian record-keeping laws and with RoviSys internal standards.Investigates and resolves customer and vendor queries.Prepares analysis of project financials as required.Support in the preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports.Maintain project work-in-progress schedule.Directions receivedReports directly to Director – Enterprise Services (Singapore).Works under the supervision and guidance of accounting team lead.
