Responsible for performing various accounting and clerical tasks to support the financial operations of the organization. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with reconciliations and reporting.Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems and spreadsheets.Process invoices, manage payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.Organize and maintain financial documents, files, and records for easy retrieval.Assist in reconciling bank statements and verifying financial discrepancies.Prepare and generate basic financial reports and summaries as needed.Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions and inquiries.Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.RequirementsGraduate of BS Accountancy or any related courseComputer Literate (MS Word, Excel and PPT) Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills, along with proficiency in accounting software, are essential.
