Job Description

Egybell is hiring an Accounting Manager for a trading leading company locted in El-Sheikh Zayed.Job Purpose Full responsibility for all Accounting and Finance related activities including but not limited to; day-to-day operations, budget preparations, month/year-end closing, preparing financial statements, preparing regular financial reports, interaction with banks, support all business functions , and responsible for all tax related and interact with external auditorsResponsibilitiesPrepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.Make sure that accounting standards are metDeveloping financial reporting systems.Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.Analyze market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits.Support management in financial decisions.Maintain up to date financial system recording process.Prepare financial budgets in addition to periodic reports to measure the financial performance of the companyMake suggestions on how financial procedure can be adjusted or simplified in accordance with business needs and to ensure the integrity and discipline of financial procedures and not to violate the procedures after the approval of the Chief Financial OfficerDealing with third parties such as (banks, taxes, auditors)Commitment to apply the safety and occupational health instructions and maintain the application of its policies and supervise the implementation of them.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reportingManage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systemsEnsure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirementsEnsure control and risk mitigationDevelop product /service pricingQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting10 – 15 years of experience in accountingExcellent in EnglishAbility to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable informationAbility to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partnersExcellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skillsKnowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPointKnowledge of service workshop accounting and pricingPostgraduate studies is a plusComputer proficient is a mustManagement and Leadership skills.
