This full-time and permanent position is based in Bulgaria (Sofia).Your DutiesArranging and organizing the bookkeeping and the Accounting entries of the clients;Organizing the work and delegating tasks to subordinates;Development of internal controls and supervision of proper execution of the work by the subordinates.Maintaining good relations with clients and identifying their needs and potential issues.Cooperation with other departments within Vistra, in order to assure proper quality of services to clients.Establishing communication procedures with clients.Authorization of payments on behalf of clients, based on their authorization.Acting as a proxy of clients.Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual management reports, in accordance with international standards and internal requirements.Supervising a team of 4 to 5 people.Responsible for setting up clients’ accounting.Taking part in tax audits for own clients and team clients.Acting as external controller for clients.Filling-in timesheets and work time evidence.Review timesheets and work time evidence for the whole teamAd-hoc projects as required and requested by the superior.Perfect CandidatesVery good knowledge of CIT Act, VAT Act, National accounting standards and other relevant accounting legislation.Very good command of Bulgarian and English language.Good computer literacy - MS Word, Excel, Outlook.Experience with working on different ERP Systems.At least 5+ years accounting experience.University degree in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant discipline.What Do We OfferOpportunity to gain an experience in an international company well-established on the market.Positive team of professionals.Attractive start remuneration.Yearly performance evaluation plan.Additional Health Insurance.Multisport Cards.Additional retirement plan.Hybrid working model.Challenges and career prospects.
