Payroll Specialist

BAB Consult is looking for a Payroll Specialist on behalf of our trusted partner – a stable and fast-growing company with international operations. The position is suitable for a precise and responsible professional who enjoys working with numbers and administrative processes and would like to contribute to the efficient management of payroll and employee documentation within a dynamic organization.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, register, and terminate employment contracts in accordance with Bulgarian labor legislationDraft and manage civil contracts and related documentationCalculate and process salaries, social security contributions, and taxesPrepare and submit declarations and reports to the National Revenue Agency (NRA) and the National Social Security Institute (NSSI)Manage sick leave documentation and maintain accurate employee records and personal filesHandle correspondence with public institutions such as the Labor Inspectorate, NRA, and NSSIPrepare monthly payroll statements and ensure timely salary payments through online banking systemsAssist in the preparation of documentation for employee postings abroad, including A1 formsSupport the Chief Accountant and management team with various administrative and financial tasksRequirements:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or EconomicsPrevious experience in a similar positionExcellent knowledge of Bulgarian labor and social security legislationVery good computer literacy, including experience with accounting software and strong Excel skillsAccuracy, responsibility, and strong organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesWorking level of EnglishThe company offers:A professional and result-oriented work environment that values competence and reliabilityA supportive and motivated team that encourages collaboration and initiativeOpportunities for professional growth and long-term career developmentOn-site work at a modern office located on Tsarigradsko Shose, SofiaIf you are a detail-oriented and disciplined professional looking for a stable and rewarding role, we would be happy to get in touch with you.“B.A.B.
