Position Title: Accounts Admin AssistantWork Set Up: Work From HomeSchedule: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PHTJob Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark PampangaQuick Rundown:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administration Assistant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial administration, CRM updates, data entry, and general administrative duties. This role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:Upload and process supplier invoices in QuickBooks. Ensure all invoices are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. Check job statuses to determine whether payments are due to suppliers. Chase outstanding bills and maintain professional communication with customers. Generate and issue customer invoices. Chase outstanding invoice balances and send out reminders in a timely manner.Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records. Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and basic financial documentation as required.Update payment dates and relevant information on the CRM portal. Keep internal trackers up to date to ensure accurate financial and operational visibility. Monitor job statuses within the CRM to determine invoicing or payment readiness.Input financial transactions into accounting software with a high level of accuracy.Verify and cross-check data to ensure completeness and correctness. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed. Assist with ad-hoc tasks, filing, document preparation, and internal communications. What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role (preferred).Familiarity with QuickBooks, CRM systems, and general accounting processes.Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
