She/He orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.Duties And Responsibilities People Management and TrainingManages the development of the store team and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to.Plans out and manages employees activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations. Sales and Customer SatisfactionEnsure that the Sales Target for the month is reachedPrepare Sales Presentation for the stores sales Inventory ManagementMinimizes loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followedVerifies accuracy of inventory of stocks Store Management and ComplianceEnsures that all store concerns are raised to respective departmentsProvides suggestions and ideas on ways to improve systems and processesOversees and complies with all government statutory requirementsQualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, any business course or equivalentWith at least 2-3 years of proven experience in Supervisory in F&B or Retail Management, and Store Operations.Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environmentGood oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.Team player and customer centricHas a strong leadership and maturity to lead the teamBenefitsWith Holiday payWith Overtime pay13th Month PayAnnual BonusHMO upon regularizationGovernment Mandated BenefitsAbout The CompanySucree Coco and Love, Inc. / IDIM DIY Bakery is an international bakery that provides quality service and experience for our aspiring bakers and pastries enthusiasts.
