She/He orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.Duties And Responsibilities People Management and TrainingManages the development of the store team and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to.Plans out and manages employees activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations.
