Accounts Administrator – Temporary Fencing Operations (Osborne Park)We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to support the financial and administrative functions of our temporary fencing projects in the building and construction industry. Based in Osborne Park, this role is vital for ensuring accurate invoicing, record-keeping, and coordination between clients, field crews, and internal departments.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process invoices, delivery dockets, and work orders for fencing installations, removals, and maintenance.Maintain accurate financial records and job documentation, including site details and customer requirements.Liaise with clients to confirm billing details, payment terms, and resolve account queries.Monitor job progress and ensure timely invoicing and follow-up.Track inventory usage and assist with procurement documentation.Reconcile accounts and assist Account Manager with month-end reporting.Maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial and operational records.Support compliance documentation including safety checklists and site inductions.Coordinate with field crews and warehouse staff to ensure accurate job costing.Assist in resolving discrepancies or delays in billing or payments.Provide general administrative support to the operations and logistics team.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education in accounting, business administration, or logistics is a plus.(Preferred) Experience in accounts or administrative support within the construction or logistics industry.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); experience with accounting or scheduling software is an advantage.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.(Knowledge of workplace safety standards is an advantage.)
