Accounts Payable Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.The Role: Permanent | Full time Hybrid - 2 Days WFH (Once training is complete)South East Auckland BasedEnd-to-end accounts payable, responsible for your own ledgerHigh Volume (1000+ Invoices PM on average)What you’ll doProcess and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and on timeHandle expense claims, freight/shipment invoices, and vendor paymentsMaintain inboxes and respond to queries promptlySupport audits and provide reporting when requiredContribute to process improvements and continuous efficiency initiativesWhat we’re looking for3-5+ years’ experience in accounts payable within a large, multi-unit environmentStrong reconciliation and analytical skillsProficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and complex ERP SystemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExperience with End-to-End high volume Accounts PayableTertiary qualification in accounting/finance (or equivalent experience)Why you’ll love it here You’ll be part of a collaborative team culture that values respect, integrity, and continuous improvement.
