What You Will Do:Work with global teams geographically and across all Harman businessesPerform daily tasks fully independently and in accordance with written instructionsCommunicate with external suppliers in case of any inquiries (e-mail, phone)Collaborate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution (Vendor Master Data / Disbursement / Logistics / Procurement / AP / Tax / Controlling etc.)Participate in meetings with suppliers, AP team and internal stakeholdersHandle incoming cases on timeManage any escalations (if needed) for approval processesTake the necessary actions to resolve problems in the shortest possible wayHandle and coordinate urgent payments with Disbursement teamHandle payment notificationsComply with Harman policies, internal and external audit requirementsInitiate Supplier Master Data changes, validate bank data changesAdapt new systems and tools and to learn the proper usage of them and to apply the learned things in practiceWhat You Need to Be Successful:Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance / commerce or specialized secondary education in economics combined with relevant experienceAt least 1 year of experience in a similar roleAbility to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbalOpenness to learn new systems/processes and apply knowledge in everyday workAdvanced knowledge of MS Office applications requiredWillingness to work in flexible timings and meet strict deadlinesStrong analytical and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively work in a team in a matrix environmentBe willing to work hybridly with at least one day at the officeBonus Points if You Have:ERP / SAP system knowledgeWhat We Offer:HARMAN is offering a unique opportunity for growth and development in the dynamic and exciting world of consumer and professional electronics.
