Accounts Payable Manager

OverviewOur client is a growing Healthfood /FMCG brand based here in Melbourne with a global presence, they are looking for an accomplished candidate to manage and optimise the end-to-end Accounts Payable function in a high-volume environment. Ensure timely, accurate supplier payments, maintain compliance, and drive automation using A/P One Core Integrator.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the A/P team to ensure efficient invoice and payment processing.Oversee and manage all activities in A/P One Core Integrator; ensure seamless ERP integration.Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.Ensure adherence to accounting policies, tax, and audit requirements.Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.Monitor KPIs and report on performance and cash flow impacts.RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.5+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable, including team leadership.Mandatory experience with A/P One Core Integrator.FMCG or high-volume shared services background.Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite/Microsoft Dynamics).Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
