With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning…Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.A SnapshotAs the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will report to the AP Team Lead and work closely with the rest of the finance team, making your mark in a number of ways:Ensuring the accounts payable function runs smoothly by providing first line support to internal and external stakeholdersSupport the deliverables of the Finance Accounting areas, including provision of effective, timely and accurate informationYour Day to DayCash management including managing accounts payable and employee expense claimsWorking alongside other finance team members to process the group's invoicesResponsible for handling vendor payment enquiriesManaging the payments process in our Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia bank accountsTimely preparation of bank reconciliationsAssist in the improvement of finance processes and controls, including the development and implementation of policies and proceduresOther ad hoc projects and duties as requiredRequirementsA minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably from relevant industries like Data Centre/Construction/Real Estate Experience with NetSuite is a plusStrong communication skills, both written and verbal and strong attention to detailEnjoy being challenged and working in a fun team-oriented environmentAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentThe AirTrunk Culture Working at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact.
